More Star Fleet/X-Bomber art. This time we have John Lee piloting Legtrack taking on a squadron of Commander Makara's Astrofighters in a deadly dogfight.

Where's Barry and Shiro when you need 'em?

Well Barry's probably playing his blasted guitar and Shiro is most likely daydreaming about Lamia. ;)

Heh, I've been cheating on the explosions. I've been doing them in photoshop rather than rendering with Max. But they seem to be working quite well. Glad you like that aspect. :D

Who cares - I cheat a lot, and probably all the other better artists (if one looks close enough one can see "the strings"), but I love the explosion - a perfect SPLAT!!!

Well there'll be more explosions soon. Who knows I may do a Carrier going boom as well, that'd bee cool I think. A hit from the X-Impulse maybe, you know you want to see that in action. :D

You already know what I'm currently working on. plus I have a rather "interesting" idea for a piece of featuring the X-Bomber and my current that'll hopefully have you going WTF!!

But more on that later. I got to finish the model yet. ;)

Hehhehe - recommendation - not X-Impulse - the X-Beam - fires four beams from the wing tips that merge into one beam at the front. X-Impulse ideal on the Mother Catfish methinks. Canne wait ya tease ;)

The Laser Torpedoes? Oh man, well that's not really impressive. Maybe the neck cannon since I've just realised I've not actually done a shot Of the XB with the neck cannon deployed.

But yeah maybe the X-Impulse should be saved for the Imperial Catfish. :D

Oh and yeah, you know It, I love to tease. ;)
